REGULATIONS

NOTICE: The Management reserves the right to expel from the Campground those who, in its sole discretion, do not respect the internal rules causing damage and disturbance of any kind, or disrupt the smooth running of community life, while still paying what is due, as per reservation.

CHECK-IN and VISITS: Upon arrival each guest must surrender to the reception desk a valid identity document for the registrations required by law. Failure to comply constitutes a violation of penal code regulations. The Guest is required to check the accuracy of the registration, report any discrepancies and notify in advance of changes (arrival and departure of people). Visits to guests must be authorized by Management. Visitors, upon presentation of a document, are granted a free permit of maximum 2 hours. Longer stays or use of Campground facilities will result in  payment of the visitor's fee. No permits are granted before 8 a.m. and after 9 p.m. The Campground’s guest is obliged to inform their visitors of the internal rules and enforce them. . A Guest caught by Management with unregistered persons will be removed from the Campground and will be subject to charges for violation of the Public Safety Regulations. The pitch is assigned by the Management. The Guest must neatly place all equipment, including vehicles, within the boundaries of the pitch, avoiding digging gutters and ruining the turf.

GATE HOURS: Inside the campground, circulation is prohibited during the following hours: 11:00 p.m. -7:00 a.m.. During these hours both the entrance gate and the automatic bars are closed. Entry and exit are possible through the pedestrian gate, which can be opened with the appropriate code given at check-in. From 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. is prohibited to wash dishes or pots and pans, use washing machines or dryers, making noise and setting up/taking down tents.

ELECTRICITY: Electrical connection may be made only with the appropriate European-standard adapters ( blue color). Maximum power 6 amps/1,500 watts or 16 amps/ 3.500 watts on payment on request at your arrival.

GREY AND BLACK WATER DRAINAGE: At the foot of the electrical columns there is a sump for draining gray and black water. It is necessary to equip yourself with a long hose. However, in the south and north facilities you will find chemical drains. Black and gray water loading/unloading service will also be available alongside the reception.

ECOLOGICAL POINTS: There is a single recycling collection point inside the campground next to the reception desk. We recommend that you follow the instructions for proper recycling collection. Please help us keep the environment and our facility clean.

DOGS: Your four-legged friends are welcome in our campground, as long as they are on a leash. They are not allowed in the bungalows/mobile homes. We recommend that you pick up any animal droppings both within your pitch and in the communal areas. We have a dog park available for you to use.

PLEASE NOTE: Children must ALWAYS be escorted to the restroom blocks, play area, swimming pool and near the automatic stalls at the entrance. Adults are responsible for the behaviour of children in their care. No open fires are allowed unless authorized by Management.

RESPONSIBILITY: You are also urged to be careful with your belongings and personal effects, the management disclaims any responsibility for damage to persons or property and for lost or stolen items within the campground, this rule also applies in case of damage caused by bad weather. At your disposal you will find safe deposit boxes at the reception and near the bar an indoor box where you can store your bicycles or surfboards free of charge. You can recharge your electronic devices directly at the reception without leaving anything unattended inside the bathrooms.
